Determined to not let the Summer slip away from us, we're pairing up with Ashmore Gallery for three Fridays this Summer to keep the music going! You can come to a single show, or buy a wristband for all three - it's up to you!

To celebrate our talented locals, we're throwing them a party!  

Starting at 8 PM, the night will be filled with the vibes of Rivals, Blackrune and Hallucinex.  

To add to the celebration, this Friday is also a release party for Blackrune and Hallucinex, who are both releasing new EP's on Furious Hooves!

July 5th  ~ CAPE FEAR # 5 ~

This will be our fifth dance night under the moniker "Cape Fear", from HangFire to house-parties this event always gets rowdy, and a little weird - but only in the best type of way.  

This Cape Fear has a special guest: Moon B! Out of Atlanta, this techno star shines brightly in the house scene and will definitely bring the party to the next level.  Read what Pitchfork had to say about him here.

July 12th  ~ SWINGER'S NIGHT ~ 

Our final show in the series brings three bands of diverse musical inclinations to produce a night of melodic "Swinging".  Our headliner, Saskatchewan, a dream-pop outlet from Orlando, Florida will tease you with their smooth and haunting tunes, but also get ya' swaying across the floor.

The Cretin Girls: synth-driven garage punk, this is the side project of Gainesville, FL band Thee Holy Ghosts, who are bound to get a little raucous, and really show us what "Ghetto Bleach Punk" means.

Sauna Heat: Savannah locals, these boys are sure to turn it up with their garage-punk antics and good ol' Rock and Roll mentality.

Cosmic Chronic Records is pleased to announce its first ever “touring showcase.” The 10-piece disco group Psychic Mirrors will headline accompanied by the DJ super group the Miami Players Club. 2012 has been an exciting year for Cosmic Chronic, seeing the release of Antione Rocky Horror’s “Machine Gun Boogie 7””, featured in Soul Clap's (Wolf+Lamb) Art Basel mix, as well the single “Mystic Hustle” from Psychic Mirrors, covered by Wax Poetics and SVPPLY. This year will see the much- anticipated release of the debut Psychic Mirrors EP, as well as a new side project from front man Mickey de Grand IV. Dreamboat mixes falsetto vocals with hypnotic lo-fi beats to create slow jams that speak to the romantic inside of all of us.

CHRIST, LORD is a six piece Eastern European influenced pop group out of Atlanta, GA. You'll find the lively band playing anywhere from fancy restaurants to grimy basements, art
museums to smoky clubs, street corners to living rooms. Their act, including an accordion, a stand up bass, a tuba, an electric guitar, a trumpet and drums, feels like dancing slow on the rain-wet cobblestones of Hungary, yet transcends towards the most intricate and fun wedding dance in the same country-side. HELLO OCHO is a psychedelic collage of bedroom funk with a smooth mixture of electronic and acoustic instruments. Once just a poppy, exuberant dance act, Hello Ocho has honed their sound into something far deeper, yet still fun. Their latest album, released earlier this year, has been met with much praise.

HALLUCINEX is the shoe-gazey, daydream experience of local favorite Taylor Noll. The music is sweet and subtle; like the fondness you feel for your high school love. On the 16th, he'll be joined by Paul Georner of Blackrune to really create some onstage mysticism. If Hallucinex is the light, then Blackrune is the dark and together the boys will vibrate with an intensity that none will surely forget.

FRIDAY FEBRUARY 8TH : FEATURELESS GHOST, RECONS

FEATURELSS GHOST's approach to live electronic and vocal performance oscillates between the ecstatic experience and the darker moments on the dance floor. Performing and recording music together since 2007, Matt Weiner and Elise Tippins relocated from Brooklyn to Atlanta and formed Featureless Ghost in late 2010. Sinc then, the prolific duo has released cassette EP's for Night People and Crash Symbols and their debut vinyl LP, "Personality Matrix," on Night-People in November 2012. Featureless Ghost continues to draw attention both locally and abroad for their distinct version of industrial strength synth-wave, commanding male/female vocals, and for their dance floor-ready performances and recordings.
